Any mandatory South African statutory retention periods (such as tax record keeping obligations) remain unaffected by this provision.

We collect, process, and use personal information only insofar as it is necessary to establish, execute, or modify legal business relationships with us (master data). This is done based on Section 11(1)(b) of POPIA, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a service contract or for measures preliminary to a contract. We process your usage data when accessing our website only to the extent required to enable you to securely access our services or to bill you for tech support rendered.

Collected customer operational data shall be securely deleted or de-identified after completion of the service order or termination of the active business relationship, subject to mandatory legal data retention windows.

We transmit personally identifiable data to third parties only to the extent strictly required to fulfill the terms of your service contract.
